Pilates personal training

Pilates is a method of performing muscular work by focusing on strength-endurance, muscular flexibility, joint and posture control, and is a very intense and effective way of training the body.  Pilates should be practiced in a relaxed atmosphere that allows for direct communication between the student and instructor.  Using a comprehensive physical education of the mind, body, and spirit, Pilates works the body from top to bottom while equally engaging the mind and spirit.

Enjoy our fully customized private lessons in our exclusive Pilates studio where the doors open up to the rainforest and you are connected with nature and surrounded by an exotic garden, fountains, and natural melodies.  We offer mat and Pilates Reformer classes for beginner or advanced students.
